    Dakota is located on the third floor of Trébol Park at Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas 2424. In between the two towers (Next to Live Aqua & Grand Fiesta Americana hotels)

  • Is there parking available? Is it free?

    There is a big underground parking. Hourly rates are set by Trébol Park. Calle Los Soles is within walking distance and also offers limited street parking.

  • What forms of payment are accepted at the bar?

    Cash and all major credit cards are accepted at the bar.

  • Are there any hotels available?

    Hotel Grand Fiesta Americana and Live Aqua are located in Trébol Park.

  • What is the earliest I can come into the venue? What time does the show start?

    Check your ticket or the website for door times. Music programming set times are announced via Twitter but are subject to change.

  • What time do people start to line up?

    Please do not line up more than an hour in advance of doors. If you line up any earlier, you may be asked to leave and come back closer to door time.

  • What time is the show over?

    The show will be over once the last band has finished playing and all the patrons have left (typically around 12am). We will close, like any other bar, at 2am.

  • If I don’t have a photo ID, can I still get in the venue?

    You must be 18+ with Valid ID to enter the venue unless it is an All-Ages show.

  • Are there ins and outs at shows?

    Yes, you must show the Dakota stamp/wristband when re-entering the venue.

    Yes, we encourage you to photograph and Instagram us @DKTMX. Non-professional cameras are allowed in the venue as long as the performer/mgmt has not specified otherwise. If you plan to bring a professional camera and shoot video please contact the Marketing Department in advance at marketing@dakota.com.mx.

  • I’m a professional photographer and want to take photos - how do I get a photo pass?

    Non-professional cameras are allowed in the venue as long as it hasn’t been specified otherwise. All professional cameras need to be approved in advance by the band/venue, and photographers need to obtain a photo pass and sign a photo release.
    If you plan to bring a professional camera and shoot video please contact the Marketing Department in advance at marketing@dakota.com.mx.

  • Where can I purchase tickets?

    You can purchase tickets online at Ticketmaster, or at the door (credit/debit/cash).

  • Can I buy tickets in person?

    Yes, at Dakota’s Box Office in Trébol Park.

  • How do I buy tickets at the Box Office?

    The box office opens at the listed door time. We accept credit/debit/cash.

  • I’m on the guest list - how do I get in?

    The box office opens at the listed door time. Be prepared to present a valid photo ID for admittance. No ID = no admission. No exceptions.

  • How can I transfer tickets I purchased to someone else?

    If the purchaser is unable to attend the event, or is purchasing the tickets for someone else, the purchase (card holder) must photocopy their ID and credit card used for purchase and give to new attendee to present at box office.

  • What are wristbands for?

    You will be given a wristband to enter the venue. Please show valid photo ID at the door to obtain a wristband.

  • I have a band - how do I book a gig at Dakota?

    Email us at bookings@dakota.com.mx and in the body of the email please provide the following info: contact info, date range you are wanting to play, links to your band’s music and social media pages, list of other local/national places you’ve played. Please be patient and allow 4-6 weeks before following up with an email. Our Booking Department will only respond to emails that are specific and detailed. Thanks!
